I have installed the PRISM demo but, I am also getting the 'Unable to connect to common elements database. Teminating...' message. My PC meets all of the stated minimum requirements. What next?

Great News, we have been able to isolate and correct the problem with the demo. Please download the demo file again and follow the instructions found there. Tammy
