I read the RAC document that specifies dormant failure rates for specific devices as applied depending on either vibration, moisture, etc. My question was what data (from manufacturer's screening, testing, etc) was collected and what timeframe does the data come from for the dormant failure rate percentages?

The R-Squared is a measure of how good the fit is.The larger the Value of R, the better it is.
