Subject: Crimp connection reliability testing
We have developed a stud type crimp connection - basically a washer with a shaped arm to which we crimp a wire. The wire size is 22awg.
We wish to do a pull test and a temp cycling test. What would be the appropriate parameters to base our tests on? thanks

Subject: Predictive Failure Analysis on Small Sample Sizes
I am looking for a COTS tool that is capable of predictive failure analysis on small sample sizes. Can anyone make a sugestion on where to go or who to talk to.

Subject: Equipment Reliability Database
I have been asked to develop a database to monitor many pieces of equipment at our facility. These would include a number of air conditioners, compressors, cnc machinery, etc. All of this equipment has been online for a number of years. What suggestions might anyone have with regard to types of useful data to collect? Can MTBF and MTTR be calculated on this equipment? If not, what would be useful? Subject: Arrenhius-Lawson Equation
I have to date came across 2 different versions of the Arrenhius-Lawson equation, where one uses an acceleration humidity factor of 0.00044 and the other 5000 (both believed to default values).
Could anybody provide me with a definitive Arrenhius-Lawson Equation and the correct default acceleration humidity factor or a source of reference for both. Thanks in advance.
