Subject: 217 Quality Factors
For a microcircuit purchased to a Standard Military Drawing (SMD), what is the most accurate Quality Factor to use for these 2 device classes:
Device class M: Vendor self-certification to the requirements for MIL-STD-883 compliant, non-JAN Class Level B microcircuits in accordance with MIL-PRF-38535, Appendix A. Device class Q or V: Certification and qualification to MIL-PRF-38535. Would class M be considered B-1 with a quality factor of 2 and class Q or V be considered B with a quality factor of 1?

Subject: Rebaility Data for Electric Motors and Compressors
I am working on a project to reduce product qualification time. I am looking at accelerated life cycle testing techniques. I am seeking data(MTBF or Weibull beta's and eta's) on electric motors (DC, BLDC, Induction and SR, all <1 hp) and compressors. Any papers referring to the physics-of-failure would also be useful. Subject: relation between failure rate and lifetime
Who evaluate failure rate of components of a black box make s of a relay and electronic components when we have only the lifetime of the components as 200.000 operations ?
