The pressure sensor is a piezoresistive pressure sensor chip attached to a ceramic substrate. The sensor has four thick film resistors laser trimed on ceramic forming a Wheatston bridge. Any help on how to calculate MTBF will be very appreciated.

These are devices such as RF Switch assemblies, amplifiers, filters, etc. I'm getting feedback from many of my suppliers that this should be done as a one time qualification test only and not as a periodic test. I was wondering if you have any supporting documentation to support either position. Thank you, Larry
