Subject: radiation resistance of COTS electronic components
Message:
I am interested in any data characterizing the radiation hardening of modern IC's, particularly commercially available devices using micron and submicron design features. If anyone is aware of current or on-going work in this area (public or private), I would appreciate it if you could pass along a source and/or point of contact.
Thank you!

Subject: Quality Level
Message:
I am using RELEX to preform some reliability analysis and I was just wondering if someone could tell me how to determine the quality level for capacitors, resistors and diodes. For example for a ceramic chip capacitor you can select from D, C, S, R, P, M, L. What do these letters stand for? And how do I determine which one to use? Thanks!

Subject: Spares Calculator
Message:
I have been using an old Lotus spares calculator (15 years), but it's been acting up lately. Is there a good, Windows-based software package available out there? I've been unsuccessful in my search.
Thanks
