Handbook of Reliability Prediction Procedures for Mechanical Equipment # NSWC-94/LO7 published by Naval Surface Warfare Center contains parts stress reliability models. A software package based on this handbook is available from Support Systems Technology Corp, Phone: 301-738-7123, E-Mail: sstc@sstctech.com

The Reliablity Analysis Center has a publication called "Non Electronic Parts Reliability Data" (NPRD) that has an extensive listing of components, environments and failure data. The product is available in both hard copy and on CD-ROM and was published in 1995.
