Reliability activities at different stages of a product's life are very well described in the RAC Blueprints (RBPR-1). Specific reliability tasks are delineated for the concept phase, the design and development phases, production phase, and wearout phase. Design, analysis and test tasks are checked as relevant or not for each product phases so that one can pick and choose the tasks that fit your product. Details on the purpose and application of each reliability tasks are stated in follow-on blueprints RBPR-2 through 6. The Blueprints are available from the RAC product catalog.
