Subject: Filament Reliability
Does anyone have any reliability data for filaments? Is there an equivalent 217 type I could use?

Mil-Hdbk-217 has a failure rate model for incandescentlamps which has tungsten filament as the primary failure mode. The accelerating failure factors for the tungsten material include voltage stress, percent utlization and type of current.
