I have bought a book of Worst Case Circuit Analysis Application Guidelines from RAC. I wonder where the figure 13 on page 71 and figure 14 on page 72 are from? Are they provided by the device vendor?

Figure 13 Temperature Effects on Propagation Delay - Most vendors supply propagation delay information based on a temperature range from -55C to +125C. If the rated qualifying temperature specified is beyond the boundaries of your analysis Section 184.108.40.206 (pg 32) of your WCCA book provides an adjustment formula.
Figure 14 Power Supply Effects on Propagation Delay - Most vendors publish the operating supply voltage range required for operation. However, very few vendors’ detail the effects of varying supply voltage on propagation delay. Section 220.127.116.11 (pg 32) of your WCCA book provides some guidelines for adjusting propagation delay vs. supply voltage.
