It appears that UAT-0467 is a document that has been developed by your client. It is not available through my usual sources. You will need to obtain a copy from your client. There are three techniques which the Reliability Analysis Center (RAC) typically uses for performing a parts count reliability prediction. These techniques are Mil-Hdbk-217 Appendix A, TR-332 Bellcore, and PRISM. PRISM is a RAC developed system approach to predicting reliability. It is based on in-house developed RACRates models and data from our NPRD/EPRD publications. Additional information, including a demo, can be found at our website http://rac.iitri/org .
