Are Study guides for ASQ-CRE Exam available? Please inform the sources for procurement. What are the job opportunities for an ASQ-CRE in United States?

I suggest you start with the American Society for Quality website at http://www.asq.org. A number of references are provided to help prepare for the Certified Reliability Engineer exam. Many of these references can be purchased through the website. In addition, some local ASQ chapters have prepared comprehensive study guides. One such guide is available from the Quality Council of Indiana. Their email is firstname.lastname@example.org. There is a demand for reliability engineers throughout the United States. I suggest you query some of the internet based job posting sites for specific locations. Also, most companies have some form of job postings on their web sites. If there is a specific location of the United States you are interested in you should visit web sites of companies based in that location.
