Can anyone recommend a good source of independent information regarding the reliability/MTBF figures that are available for LCD displays used in notebook computers?

After a search of the Reliability Analysis Data library, I discovered one source of reliability data on LCD Displays. The source is "DISPLAY ENGINEERING (conditions, technologies, application) by D. Bosman University of Twente Enschede, The Netherlands. In this book, I found a reference to life test data collected that demonstrates that an MTBF( mean time between failure) of greater than 10,000 hours is "readily" achievable for flat panel LCD displays. Failure was described as the half life out-put of the light luminance.
