All of the handbooks that are readily available like MIL-HDBK-470 Designing and Developing Maintainable Products and Systems of the Maintainability Toolkit only cover accessibility at the equipment/product level not the area around.

Hello, in the book Reliability & Maintainability of electronic systems from ARSENAULT & ROBERTS, in chapter 20, you will find differents factors of maintability which can be useful.
