Subject: Testability Analysis
Instead of getting inputs from FMECA, is there an alternative method to calculate the testability parameters, such as fault coverage & fault isolation ?

No, as long as I can remember, the FMECA is the main document that help exhaustively to testability calculation.
Because it's only there that you can find or imagine the test you'll need.
But, you need to pay attention to what you called "testability". Do you you want to prevent a failure or detect a failure effect. It's not the same point of vue, be careful. The poblem is the same for fault coverage and fault isolation.
