A circuit board was burned-in before product released, for some reasons, a component on it was replaced by a new one. Will it be necessary to burn-in again on this board? If the answer is yes, will the burn-in affect other conponents on this board? Thanks.

The answer depends on the severity of the burn-in. If at elevated stresses, additional burn-in may adversely affect original components. If at nominal use conditions, negligible impact will incur. Burn-in has the purpose of ensuring proper installation, so burn-in of the new component separately may not be effective.
