HALT is a relatively new concept by technology standards. One book is by Gregg Hobbs. The information for the book is as follows: Accelerated Reliability Engineering: Halt And Hass By: Editor Hobbs, Gregg K. Hardcover 270 pages Language: English Publisher: John Wiley & Sons, Inc. ISBN: 047197966X There are also many published articles. Visiting http://rac.alionscience.com/InfoResources/Rac_Biblio.html and searching on HALT will provide many references. A couple web sites to visit are: http://www.entela.com and http://www.qualmark.com/content/home.html
