Subject: Burn-in
Message:
We now conduct burn-in on board level for 24 hours, but we think the burn-in condicitons and duration may be different for various types of part, board, and system. Are there any references or standards on this? Thanks.

It attempts to deal with burn-in at different system levels. Let me know if you want “Burn-in or Burn-out?” ASQ Reliability Review, Vol. 18, No. 1, March 1998. It describes the use of parts' field reliability to recommend part and system burn-in.
