MIL-HDBK 472 Maintainability Prediction defines the elements used in the MTTR calculation. Method V defines the elements in the following sequence: Preperation, Fault Isolation, Disassembly, Interchange, Reassembly, Alignment, Checkout, Start-up. This Handbook can be obtained from www.dsp.dla.mil. Hope the information helps.
