Subject: Weibull Beta Tables for Zero Failure Testing
Where can I locate tables of beta values for various materials and failure modes. I wish to perform zero failure testing (Weibayes) and thought I could select an approximate beta value rather than guessing or performing a costly preliminary study.

The only broad source of beta values for the weibull distribution that I am aware of can be found at http://www.barringer1.com/wdbase.htm There is wide range of values which provides very little insight. My suggestion would be to post a more specific request for beta values on a specific component under specific operating conditions. Beta values for a component can vary greatly depending on the stress conditions.
