Can anyone tell me where I can find acceleration factors on humidity for testing purposes?

Back in the 1980s, Mr. D. Stewart Peck presented several technical papers on accelerated testing as it relates to 85/85 HAST(Highly Accelerated Stress Testing). Part of this test is the inclusion of relative humidity in the test profile. For "microcircuit testing", the humidity acceleration factor was determined to be 2.66 based on the data collected and analyzed. A paper by Mr. Peck that describes this testing is, "Comprehensive Model of Humidity Testing Correlation" 1986 IRPS Proceedings, page 44. Depending on what you are testing, this factor could be used as a starting point for evaluation. Modification or change could be performed as data on your product is evaluated.
