The failure rate data that the RAC has collected for PCMCIA cards is broken out into Pentium II and Pentium III applications. The MTBF for each application is as follows:

Pentium II: MTBF = 820,329 Hours (68 total failures)
Pentium III: MTBF = 803,468 Hours (33 total failures)

The data is based on commercial computers that were used in an office application. If you have any questions or require additional information, feel free to contact me.
