What has been RAC Forum members experience regarding canned FRACA software packages; in particular, what is available, how user friendly are they, cost, etc. The application is for a small growing manufacturing company just getting started and seeing the need for a FRACA system.

It has been my 15+ years of experience that canned s/w packages for FMEA and FRACAS are not cost-effective. I have been using standard MS office tools and have no intention of changing.
