Hi, I'm a french student in an 1-year postgraduate degree, in Quality and Reliability of the Electronic Components and Systems, in the University of Bordeaux. I need some informations about the "Time Stress Measurement Device" for a project. I can't find informations, or just a few, so if you have some, can you send me please ?? Thanks. I would suggest that you survey the web for Time Stress Measurement (TSMD) information. A possible link to Westinghouse data is: http://www.bmpcoe.org/bestpractices/internal/westh/westh_27.html The RAC has an information capabilities sheet called "Environmental Characterization" which also talks about TSMDs. This can be sent via email.
