I would suggest that you survey the web for Time Stress Measurement (TSMD) information. A possible link to Westinghouse data is: http://www.bmpcoe.org/bestpractices/internal/westh/westh_27.html The RAC has an information capabilities sheet called "Environmental Characterization" which also talks about TSMDs. This can be sent via email.
