Subject: LED Prediction
I have a question about how to prediction 50,000 hours power depreciation curve. I only have 1,000 hours room temperature burn-in data. Thanks.

Finding the L10 or wear-out point of the LED reliability will require a lot more data than 1000 hours. The only realistic way to find out the life parameters is to place a sample on accelerated stress test. The test needs to be performed to failure, then the life characteristics can be determined.
