Message: NPRD-95 was searched for a piston rod scraper. I could not find a specific scraper failure rate so, similar items were evaluated. One item is a slip ring assembly which has a failure rate of 2.58 failures per million hours and a ring seal which has a failure rate of 3.68 failure per million hours. These items are not specifically the same but have some similar characteristics. One of these values could be used as first approximate estimate to be followed with vendor data or testing to confirm or change the estimate.
