Does anybody know how piezo buzzer reliability change with temperature(Acceleration factor)? Thanks in advance

I searched our compoment data bases for reliability and temperature effects on piezo buzzers. The only information I found related to piezo actuators and the testing was a fatigue test cycling for the actuator through millions of cycles. No failures were developed in the test reported. Our failure mode information indicates that only one mode has been shown which is "failed off".
