Subject: reliability/MTBF figures
Can anyone recommend a good source of independent information regarding the reliability/MTBF figures that are available for Power Generating thermal plant assets?

Our library of data bases does not show any "new' sources for Power Generating Plants. The old stand by data is the IEEE STD 500 Reliability Data book for nuclear power plant components. This data is at least 15 years old but could be used for worst case risk analysis. This book is available (maybe) from the IEEE in New York City. It is referenced by IEEE STD 500-1984.
