My company has always required it's suppliers of hermetically sealed active devices (used on military aircraft) to perform RGA testing on sublots of their production material. These are devices such as RF Switch assemblies, amplifiers, filters, etc. I'm getting feedback from many of my suppliers that this should be done as a one time qualification test only and not as a periodic test. I was wondering if you have any supporting documentation to support either position. Thank you, Larry
