I have another question regarding the PRISM software. Can someone tell me what is dormant temperature? Why is the overstress message only comes up when the temperature is over 200 degrees when the junction temperature should not exceed 150 degrees. Is this a fair comparison ? Why is also the thera-JA must be in the range of 1-500 whereas the data available from most manufacturers states a theta-JA of less than 1.
