Hi ! I'm a french student in an 1-year postgraduate degree, in Quality and Reliability of Electronic Components and Systems, in the University of Bordeaux. I need some informations about the "Highly Accelerated Tests" for a project. I search some informations about it and more precisely, which contraints are applied in generally. I know it depend our componants or systems, but it's just for information, to give me some ideas about these tests. I speak about highly accelerated tests and no accelerated tests ("traditional").
